What is Mindfulness for?


This short video from BeMindful, part of the Mental Health Foundation, shows how easily thoughts and feelings can escalate and lead to stress, anxiety and depression.

Mindfulness aims to prevent that process before it takes root, to promote mental well-being and resilience. 

By helping us to switch off automatic pilot and to pay more attention to our inner and outer worlds, MBCT allows us to be more at peace with the world and with ourselves.
