Mindfulness in Schools

The Mindfulness in Schools Project was set up in 2009 in the belief that young people could benefit from learning mindfulness skills. The animation below is the first of a series entitled 'Stop, Breathe and Be!', designed specifically for young people.

MiSP works closely with the research team at the Oxford Mindfulness Centre in supporting research into the impact of mindfulness on the mental resilience of adolescents.

If you'd like to read more about MiSP, particularly if you are a school teacher interested in bringing mindfulness to your own school, you can find further details of the project here.
